BD’s Mongolian Grill has been an innovative Asian-fusion bowl restaurant since 1992. We are the original create-your-own stir-fry restaurant: you pick exactly what goes into your bowl from 80+ fresh ingredients, and our grillers bring it to life in front of you.

How we got here
In 2017, BD’s Mongolian Grill became part of Dallas-based Mongolian Concepts, alongside sister brands Genghis Grill and Flat Top Grill. In 2021, Gregg Majewski, formerly CEO of Jimmy John’s, became CEO of the parent company and began expanding what BD’s puts on the grill: chef-crafted Signature stir-fry bowls, higher-quality fresh ingredients, and new sauces and flavors added to the lineup. BD’s is now part of the Craveworthy Brands family.

Maddox has been a BD’s fan since he was four years old, and his favorite thing to do is ring our gong. He also lives with autism. His story started something: in April 2023, BD’s partnered with the Organization for Autism Research and matched guest donations, presenting O.A.R. with more than $21,000 for autism research.
Autism research is close to a lot of people inside BD’s, and #TeamMaddox is how we keep showing up for it.
