How far in advance should I place a catering order?
The more notice the better, especially for large groups and weekend dates. Available dates and times for your closest BD's are shown when you start an order through ezCater, and our catering team can help if you need something sooner.
Is there a minimum order for catering?
Minimums and package sizes vary by location. You'll see what's available for your store, along with pricing, when you build your order through ezCater.
Can you accommodate dietary needs and food allergies?
This is where create-your-own earns its keep. With 80+ fresh ingredients, guests can build vegetarian, lighter, or spicier bowls to suit how they eat. Please tell us about food allergies when you order: our grills prepare many ingredients on shared cooking surfaces, so we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of allergens.
Do you offer delivery, or is it pickup only?
Both are available at participating locations. Delivery availability, timing, and any fees are shown for your store during checkout on ezCater.
