Welcome to BD’s Mongolian Grill! This Privacy Policy explains our data practices, defines our users’ ("you" or "your") privacy options, and describes how your information is collected and used by Grill Group, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "BD’s Mongolian Grill").

This Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service govern your use of the BD’s Mongolian Grill website at https://www.bdsgrill.com ("Site"), our mobile application available through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store (together, with all documentation and updates, the "App"), and any information we may access through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we refer to all of these access points as the BD’s Mongolian Grill system ("System").

By using the BD’s Mongolian Grill System, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Online ordering, rewards, and other third-party platforms

Some of the things you can do from our Site are operated by third parties on our behalf. When you use them, you are also subject to that provider’s own privacy policy and terms:

Online ordering and the BD’s Rewards loyalty program are operated by Thanx.
Catering orders are placed through the ezCater marketplace.
Gift card purchase and balance lookup are operated by our gift card provider.
Restaurant menu, location, and hours data is supplied through our ordering platform provider.

We encourage you to read the privacy policies of those providers. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect; it does not govern information you provide directly to a third-party platform.

Revisions to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy from time to time and will mark new versions with a corresponding effective date. We recommend you visit the Site or the relevant App store to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of the System constitutes your agreement to our then-current Privacy Policy.

Children under the age of 13

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our Site, register as a user, make any purchases through our Site, use any of the interactive or public comment features of our Site, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We cannot control the actions of other users of our Site with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

This includes our online ordering and loyalty provider, our catering marketplace, our gift card provider, our website host, and our analytics providers.
To the franchisee or operator of the restaurant location your inquiry, order, or fundraising request relates to.
To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger or other sale or transfer in which personal information held by BD’s Mongolian Grill about users of our Site is among the assets transferred.
To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

Promotional offers from BD’s Mongolian Grill. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by BD’s Mongolian Grill to promote our own products or services, you can opt out in the App by adjusting your user preferences in your account profile, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive from us.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI’s website.

Accessing, correcting, or deleting your information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at guestrelations@craveworthybrands.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from our Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other users of our Site. Proper access and use of information provided on our Site, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Service.

Data retention

We retain the personal information we collect about you for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

While you remain an active guest, meaning you have interacted with us within the past 24 months through a purchase, an online or catering order, loyalty account activity, or engagement with our marketing communications, we retain your information to support that ongoing relationship.

If you have not engaged with us in 24 months, we will delete or de-identify the personal information in your marketing profile, except as described below.

If you unsubscribe or otherwise opt out of marketing communications from us, we retain a limited record of that request indefinitely, so that we can continue to honor it.

We may retain information for a longer period where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion of your personal information.

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits users that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

You will need to provide your name, email address, and phone number so that we can locate your records. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; if you use an authorized agent, or if you are an authorized agent submitting on behalf of a consumer, email your request along with proof of authority to guestrelations@craveworthybrands.com.

We do not sell your personal information to any third-party provider or business.

Do Not Track signals

At this time, the System does not respond to browsers’ Do Not Track signals.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this page to check for any changes.
